An experienced and a licensed U.S. Civil Surgeon to conduct immigration physical examination for the Department of Homeland Security.
미국 이민국에 영주권 신청시, 모든 신청자는 이민국 지정 의사 (immigration civil surgeon) 에게 받은 신체 검사 결과 (Form I-693)도 함께 제출해야 합니다.
신체검사를 받는 분의 건강상태, 예방접종 기록에 따라 최소 1번 또는 2번의 방문이 요구되며, 서류를 정해진 기간 내에 제출 할수 있도록 방문전 상담과 예약이 필요합니다.
이민국 신체검사는 감염성 질환 스크리닝(결핵, 매독 등), 신체검사 와 예방접종으로 나뉩니다.
